Representative of the Association to the Government
  • After several meetings and gatherings attended by the members of the association, the basic and internal regulations of the association were studied and approved.
  • The issuance of “al elem wa el khabar” by the Ministry of Interior under No. 968/2014 after continuous follow-up and cooperation with all officials of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and the Ministry of the Interior.
  • With the beginning of the school year in October 2013, the members began to prepare an action plan that included examining the needs of 45 public schools and secondary schools (29 primary and 16 secondary), listing all the needs and topics that would provide assistance to them, and securing data for the work of the Association.
  • Visiting the deputies of Al-Matn, informing them of the activities of the association, and urging them to support schools and secondary schools in Al-Matn.
  • Since our establishment in 2014, we were able to accomplish the following:
    • Fully renovating kitchens and bathrooms for five schools
    • Distributing more than 200 ceiling fans
    • Upgrading chalkboards to whiteboards in all the schools
    • Providing printers, photocopy machines, and projectors for over 20 schools
    • Distributing financial incentives for top ranking students each year
    • Implementing the process of recycling for school waste
    • Providing heating equipment as well as school furniture and student desks to schools in need
